  • What are your cancellation policies?
    Please find all information regarding cancellations and refunds here.
  • Can I cancel a non-refundable booking?
    Non-refundable bookings can be canceled at any time. However, it is pointed out that the amount charged cannot be refunded. We offer flexible prices with cancellations 7 days before the arrival date for bookings made through our website. Please check the conditions in our bookings search engine. If you have made a booking, check the confirmation e-mail.
  • Can I change my non-refundable booking?
    Unfortunately, non-refundable bookings cannot be changed (apart from force majeure cases, whereby a document is presented confirming the force majeure situation, in which case the cancellation process will be subject to acceptance by the Guesthouse).
  • Do you have rooms for guests with reduced mobility?
    Yes, we can provide easy-to-access ground-floor rooms for guests with reduced mobility.
  • Is parking available?
    La Maison Pondichéry has its own private parking space, fully secure and safe with its own security. Parking is free for our Guests!
  • Is the reception open 24 hours a day?
    Our Reception is open 24 hours a day to help our guests at any time.
  • Can I take a pet to your guesthouse?
    Pets are not allowed in our rooms and on the entire premises.
  • Do you have Wi-Fi?
    Broadband Wi-Fi is available in all rooms of the guesthouse and is free of charge.
  • Do you offer taxi services?
    Yes, we offer airport shuttle services and other taxi services also. This service is on a chargeable basis.
  • What should I do if I forget something in the room?
    After you check out, the housekeeping team will inspect and clean your room. If personal belongings are found, they will be kept in the “Lost and Found” area. Please contact our reception to organize all the delivery details.
  • Is room service available?
    Daily Room service is available.
  • What methods of payment are accepted?
    Our goal is to make this process simple and efficient for all our guests. We accept all common methods of payment, such as UPI, credit and debit cards, cash, wallets and bank transfer.
  • What are your check-in and check-out timings?
    Check-in: 2 PM Check-out: 12 PM
  • Can I get a late check-out?
    The check-out is until 12 PM. If required, we can store your luggage safely at the reception.
  • Can I get an early check-in?
    Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. However, if the room is ready earlier, we will be pleased to check you in. If not, we can store your luggage until the room is ready.
  • What time is breakfast?
    Breakfast is included in our room rate. It is being served every morning from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
  • Can I have an extra bed in my room?
    Extra beds are available upon request. A maximum of one extra bed is allowed per room and this is on a chargeable basis.
  • Can I book more than one room?
    Generally, our booking systems allow a maximum of 6 rooms to be booked. For group bookings, send an e-mail to and we will get in toch with you.
  • What are the benefits of booking directly with us?
    By directly booking on our website, we guarantee the best price. Our website has the lowest prices available.
  • What is the pricing policy for children?
    Children of all ages are allowed. Children (up to and including 10 years old) stay for ₹ 1000 (incl. GST) per child per night when using existing beds. No cribs are available. Extra beds are mandatory for children aged 5 years and above.
  • What is your policy for smoking and drinking?
    Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in our rooms and on the entire premises.
  • Do you have an on-site restaurant?
    Yes, our purely Vegetarian & OrganiC Dining Hall serves wholesome Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner!
