Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. CANCELLATION

The guest can cancel until 7 days before arrival. Bookings become non-refundable thereafter. The guest must cancel by 2 PM - 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of the total price plus any applicable taxes & fees. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

2. PREPAYMENT​

The guest may be charged a prepayment of up to 100 % of the total price of the reservation at the time of making the booking. Any balance amount not paid in advance is due at the time of check-in.

3. DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The guest does not pay a damage deposit.

4. REFUND POLICY

A full refund minus a 5% processing fee will be made for cancellations received at least 7 days before date of arrival. No refunds will be issued thereafter.

5. CHILDREN & EXTRA BED POLICY

Children of all ages are allowed.

Children (up to and including 10 years old) stay for ₹ 1000 (incl. GST) per child per night when using existing beds.

No cribs are available.

Extra beds are mandatory for children aged 5 years and above.

The maximum number of extra beds per room is 1.

The maximum number of total guests (adults and children) per room is 3.

6. PETS

Pets are not allowed in our rooms and on the entire premises.

​

7. SMOKING & ALCOHOL

Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in our rooms and on the entire premises.
